The

commitment to go beyond satisfying its clientele to making them delighted

According to him, the theme

critical role the Civil Service plays in ensuring the realization of government
policies to enhance service delivery and economic transformation.
He added that, the operationalization
of the Electronic Staff Performance Appraisal (E-SPA) by the Civil Service has
improved accountability, among others, for the achievement of Government goals.
Other achievements of the
Civil Service cited were: Service-wide Virtual Promotions; Capacity Development
of Staff; Legislative and Administrative Reforms as well as Support for key
Government Policies and initiatives which include the decentralization agenda
and policy development and implementation.
These, he said, had improved
and reinforced service delivery for economic transformation over the last few
years.

all Civil Service Staff to continue working together with colleagues in other
public service organisations and the private sector to advance the national
development agenda.
